PID Digital Control vs Analog Control
The graph shows thetrend of temperature curves inside the oven during operation.
- With the mechanical analog control (dashed blue line), the temperature fluctuates over a wider range. These constant fluctuations generate temperature changes that can affect cooking, especially with delicate preparations or when baking multiple pizzas at once.
- With the PID digital control (solid red line), the temperature remains much more stable, with minimal fluctuations. This means constant heat, faster reaction times, and much more precise and uniform cooking results.
In practice, the PID digital commands allow you to:
✅ Minimize temperature fluctuations.
✅ Keep the cooking chamber always ready and stable.
✅ Achieve more professional and repeatable results, pizza after pizza.
