Shipping information and payment methods
The shipping costs are borne by the Customer and are calculated during the purchase process and after choosing the shipping method, and in any case before making the payment.
The delivery times are those indicated on each product page. If no deadline is specified, delivery will take place within thirty (30) days from the conclusion of the contract, excluding Saturdays and holidays.
In case the recipient is absent at the indicated address, the carrier will contact them by phone or via notification email, attempting a new delivery on the next working day.
Below is an image clearly showing where the shipping date is indicated.
By shipping date we mean the day the package is handed over to the courier, and not the day of arrival at the destination address.
The transit times instead depend on the final destination and the time of year.
Here are the average times declared by our shippers:
- Italy: 1/2 days;
- Germany, Austria, France, Spain, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands: 2/3 days;
- Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, UK, Sweden, Portugal, Ireland, Croatia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Romania: 4/5 days.
By days we always mean working days. Times may be extended in case of midweek national holidays.
For our shipments, we choose the best couriers (FedEx or DHL) who guarantee that the shipment takes place safely and quickly.
Furthermore, we offer free of charge a service dedicated to delivery management: through an email sent directly by the courier, the customer can choose to postpone the delivery date or have the package delivered to a more convenient pickup point, selectable via the appropriate link received.
In this way, we guarantee maximum flexibility and protection in case the customer cannot be present at the time of delivery.
