Shipping information and payment methods

Below is an image that clearly shows where the shipping date is indicated.
By shipping date we mean the day the parcel is handed over to the carrier, and not the day it arrives at the delivery address.
If the recipient is not present at the given address, the carrier will contact them by phone or via an alert email, attempting a new delivery on the next business day.
You will receive the tracking code as soon as the product is handed over to the carrier for shipment.

The tracking page usually updates within 2–3 business days from the receipt of the order dispatch email.

Transit times instead depend on the final destination and the time of year.
Here are the average times declared by our shippers:
- Italy: 1/2 days;
- Germany, Austria, France, Spain, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands: 2/3 days;
- Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, UK, Sweden, Portugal, Ireland, Croatia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Romania: 4/5 days.
Days always refer to business days. Times may be extended in case of national midweek holidays.
For our shipments we choose the best carriers (FedEx, DHL or GLS) who ensure the shipment is carried out safely and quickly.
We also offer free of charge a dedicated service* for delivery management: via an email sent directly by the carrier, the customer can choose to postpone the delivery date or have the parcel delivered to a more convenient pickup point, selectable through the provided link.
This ensures maximum flexibility and protection in case the customer cannot be present at the time of delivery.
