Shipping information and payment methods

Below is an image that clearly shows where the shipping date is listed.
For shipping date means the day on which the package is entrusted to the courier, and not the day of arrival at the destination address.

If the recipient is absent at the indicated address, the carrier will contact them by telephone or via email, attempting a new delivery on the next working day.

You will receive the tracking code as soon as the product is handed over to the courier for shipping.

The tracking page generally updates within 2–3 business days of receiving the order fulfillment email.

THE transit times instead they depend on the final destination and the time of year.
Here are the average times declared by our forwarders:

- Italy: 1/2 days;
- Germany, Austria, France, Spain, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands: 2/3 days;
- Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, UK, Sweden, Portugal, Ireland, Croatia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Romania: 4/5 days.

"Days" always refer to working days. Times may be extended for national holidays during the week.

For our shipments we choose the best couriers (FedEx, DHL or GLS) which ensure that shipments are made safely and quickly.

Additionally, we offer free A dedicated delivery management service*: through an email sent directly from the courier, the customer can choose to postpone the delivery date or have the package delivered to a more convenient collection point, selectable via the appropriate link received.
This way, we guarantee maximum flexibility and protection in the event that the customer cannot be present at the time of delivery.
