Si può utilizzare il forno all'aperto purchè vi siano condizioni di meteo serene e non vi sia umidità.

Certamente è possibile cuocere altri tipi di alimenti adottando le dovute accortezze in termini di temperatura e spazi.

Se a fine ciclo di cottura o durante la pietra si presenta piuttosto sporca, basta eseguire la pirolisi. 

Le operazioni di pulizia devono essere effettuate a forno freddo, spento e cion il cavo di alimentazione staccato dalla presa di corrente. Evitare di usare prodotti detergenti aggressivi e che contengono cloro e sue soluzioni diluite , soda caustica, detersivi abrasivi, acido muriatico, candeggina o altri prodotti che possono graffi are o smerigliare. Non utilizzare getto d’acqua e/o lance ad alta pressione per lavare le parti interne ed esterne del forno in quanto le parti elettriche potrebbero danneggiarsi.

Attualmente con il forno modello Voyager SMART e Voyager TWIN c'è in dotazione la pietra refrattaria di tipo ''biscotto di Casapulla''. Invece per il modello NETTUNO, oltre alla pietra biscotto, vi è anche la pietra in cordierite, la quale è più adatta per cotture più lente come quella per i dolci, panettone o pane di tipo alto.

Questo tipo di pietra permette di avere una cottura uniforme ed evita il formarsi di grandi bruciature, specialmente sulla base della pizza quando si utilizzano temperature elevate (350 °C – 500 °C).  Il forno viene fornitosempre con questa pietra refrattaria ‘’biscotto’’, la quale proviene dai migliori produttori Italiani. Siccome la produzione è di tipo artigianale, la pietra ‘’biscotto’’ ha uno spessore compreso tra i 2 e i 2,5 cm e non ha un aspetto perfettamente liscio. Queste caratteristiche variabili non compromettono in alcun modo la cottura degli alimenti. Ogni pietra refrattaria ‘’biscotto’’ è certificata per uso alimentare.
