No. MACTE OVENS ovens do not require any special electrical system or an increase in standard power, as long as your electrical system is up to code.

Yes. If your household supply is limited to 3 kW, avoid switching on other large appliances (air conditioner, washing machine, kitchen oven) while the oven is preheating. Once it reaches temperature, the oven draws 1.5 kW on average.

On a heat-resistant surface, leaving about 10–15 cm of free space on the sides, at the back and above the oven.

Yes, in dry weather and with no humidity. The oven must not be used in the rain.

Yes. MACTE OVENS ovens are professional ovens, designed and made in Italy and CE marked. They are used by professionals in the hospitality and food-service industry (pizzerias, restaurants, bars) as well as by enthusiasts at home.

If the stone gets dirty during or after baking, simply run pyrolysis.

Clean the oven only when it is cold, switched off and unplugged from the power socket.

Do not use aggressive cleaners or products containing chlorine or its diluted solutions, caustic soda, hydrochloric acid, bleach, abrasive detergents or any other product that could scratch or dull the surfaces. Do not wash the inside or outside of the oven with water jets or pressure washers: the electrical parts could be damaged.

All MACTE OVENS ovens come with a handcrafted “biscotto” refractory stone, ideal for baking Neapolitan pizza.

The biscotto stone ensures even baking and prevents heavy burning on the pizza base, even at high temperatures (350–510 °C). Every stone is certified for food contact.

Because it is handcrafted, its thickness ranges from 2.3 to 2.5 cm, its surface is not perfectly smooth and its dimensions have a tolerance of 10 mm. These variations do not affect baking in any way.

Yes. All payments go through gateways that comply with the PCI-DSS security standard, set by the PCI Security Standards Council, whose members include Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and UnionPay cards, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal and Satispay. In some countries Bizum, iDEAL, Bancontact, MobilePay and Wero are also available.

Delivery times are counted from when the oven leaves our factory, not from the date of purchase.

Any shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout once you have entered your billing and shipping details. You always see them before completing your purchase.

It depends on the delivery area and country: we generally use FedEx, DHL, GLS or BRT.

Check the package carefully before signing for it. If there is any damage or anomaly, sign with a specific reservation stating the type of problem (for example: missing pallet, broken pallet, dented box).

We also recommend filming the whole unboxing: it helps us give you the best possible support.

We put all our effort into the quality and efficiency of our ovens. Should a technical problem arise, our team of experts and our network of authorised repairers are there to solve it quickly. Each case is assessed individually according to the type of problem.

Only 0.2% of our cases involve a problem, none of them serious or irreversible. Our ovens can always be repaired quickly and easily. You will not need to send the product back to us at your own expense.

We guarantee spare parts for at least another 8 years after the warranty ends.
