Thanks to intense research and development work, we have managed to create the smallest oven in its category capable of reaching 510°C, essential temperature to obtain a pizza with high, honeycomb cornice, light base and very quick cooking. With the same technology it is also possible to cook pan pizzas, focaccias, pizza by the slice, bread and other baked goods, always maintaining professional results.
In Macte Ovens we combine the quality of the artisan method with the precision of the industrial method, taking care of every detail: from the choice of materials to thermal performance, up to design. Our designers, in close collaboration with the engineering department, have developed customizable ovens, Able to adapt perfectly to any environment: from home kitchens to professional spaces. All the Macte Ovens ovens are designed and manufactured in our factory in Montecorvino Rovella, in the province of Salerno, where we control every stage of the production process.
