Right of Withdrawal

1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

9.1. The Buyer, who is a consumer pursuant to Article 3, paragraph I, letter a) of the Consumer Code, has the right to withdraw from the contractual relationship with the Seller, without specifying the reason and without incurring costs other than those described in the following point 9.5. The right of withdrawal may be exercised within the withdrawal period.

9.2. The withdrawal period (“Cooling-off Period”) expires after 14 days:

1. a) from the day on which the consumer or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the consumer, acquires physical possession of the goods, or;
2. b) in the case of an order with multiple products that are delivered separately, from the day on which the consumer or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the consumer, acquires physical possession of the last product;
3. c) in the case of delivery of a product consisting of multiple lots or pieces, from the day on which the consumer or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the consumer, acquires physical possession of the last lot or piece.
   The Buyer has exercised the right of withdrawal within the Withdrawal Period if the communication relating to the exercise of the aforementioned right is sent before the expiry of the Withdrawal Period.

9.3. How to exercise the right of withdrawal. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must inform the Seller of his or her decision to withdraw before the expiration of the Withdrawal Period. To this end, the Buyer may:

1. a) use the standard withdrawal form made available at the following address: link
2. b) or submit any other explicit declaration of his decision to withdraw from the contract (“Declaration of withdrawal”) indicating: order number, the product(s) for which you intend to exercise the right of withdrawal, your address;

Buyers exercising their right of withdrawal are advised to use a durable medium to prove that they have sent their withdrawal notice, since Article 54, final paragraph, of the Consumer Code places the burden of proof on them regarding the exercise of their right of withdrawal.

9.4. Return costs. The Buyer who has exercised the right of withdrawal must provide for return the Product to the Seller at your own expense, using the carrier proposed by the latter or a carrier of its own choice, without undue delay and in any case within fourteen days from the date on which it communicated its decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is met if the Buyer returns the goods before the expiration of the fourteen-calendar-day period.

THE'The buyer exercising the right of withdrawal is responsible for the decrease in value of the products. resulting from handling of the products other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. In our case, if the protective film has been removed from the product or if it shows signs of use, the refund will be made net of the decrease in value of the product.

9.5. Product return procedure. The Product must be stored, handled, and inspected with reasonable diligence and returned intact, complete in all its parts, in perfect working order, with all accessories and instruction leaflets, tags, labels, protective films still attached, and the original packaging. The product must still be suitable for its intended use and sale and free from signs of wear or dirt. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for only certain parts of the product (e.g., accessories). Returning the Product to the Seller is the Buyer's responsibility.

1) send to assistenza@macteovens.com there photo of the product to be returned, on all 4 sides;

2) pack the product to be returned in its original packaging;

3) send to assistenza@macteovens.com a photo of the package properly closed, on all 4 sides;

9.6. Refunds. In the event of withdrawal, the Seller will refund the Buyer the Total Amount Due, including shipping costs, if incurred by the Buyer, with the exception of any additional costs resulting from the Buyer's choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us. The Seller will refund the amount without undue delay and in any case within fourteen calendar days from the day on which it is informed of the Buyer's decision to withdraw from the contract. The Seller will refund the Total Amount Due using the same payment method used by the Buyer when placing the order, unless the Buyer has expressly agreed otherwise and provided that the Buyer does not incur any costs as a result of the refund. The Seller may withhold the refund until it has received the goods or until the Buyer has demonstrated that they have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

If the Buyer exercises the right of withdrawal for only some of the products in an order of multiple products, the refund of the shipping costs initially incurred will be proportional to the cost of each product. In any case, the refund will never exceed the amount actually paid by the user.

9.7. Non-compliant exercise of the right of withdrawal. If the right of withdrawal is not exercised in accordance with the law, it will not result in termination of the contract and, therefore, will not entitle the Buyer to any refund. The Seller will notify the Buyer of this within 10 working days of receiving the Product, rejecting the withdrawal request. If the Product has already been received by the Seller, it will remain at the Seller's disposal for collection by the Buyer, who must collect it at his/her own expense and under his/her own responsibility.

9.8. Decrease in value of the returned Product. In the event of a decrease in the value of the Product due to handling of the products other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the same, the amount to be refunded will be reduced by an amount equal to the decrease in value.The Seller will inform the Buyer of this within 10 working days of receiving the product. If the refund has already been processed, the Seller will provide the bank details for the payment due by the Buyer due to the decrease in the value of the Product.

9.9. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal is excluded in the cases provided for by Article 59 of the Consumer Code. Specifically, the right of withdrawal is excluded for clearly personalized products.
