PID digital control vs Analog control
The chart shows the temperature curve trends inside the oven during operation.
- With mechanical analog control (dashed blue line), the temperature fluctuates within a wider range. These continuous fluctuations cause thermal shocks that can affect baking, especially with delicate preparations or when baking multiple pizzas in a row.
- With digital PID control (solid red line), the temperature remains much more stable, with minimal oscillations. This means consistent heat, faster response times, and much more precise and even baking results.
In practice, digital PID controls allow you to:

Voyager TWIN ADVANCED
The Voyager TWIN ADVANCED model will allow you to bake Neapolitan pizza, low-rise bread (ciabatta, baguette, etc.), pasta, and even meat!
The Voyager TWIN ADVANCED is built using exclusively professional grade components, while the stainless steel structure ensures solidity and long-lasting durability.
To minimize heat loss, the door with triple insulated glass closes on a pyrolytic gasket resistant to high temperatures, guaranteeing maximum efficiency and safety. The thermal insulation of the cooking chamber, made with certified and food-safe materials, maintains uniform and stable heat, thus ensuring top-level performance in every preparation.
True Casapulla biscuit stone
The oven is equipped with the refractory stone ‘’biscotto di Casapulla’’, with this type of stone you can bake anything you want even at very high temperatures and without burning the bottom of your pizza.

Non worry about consumption, our ovens are designed to optimize costs, you just have to think about having fun.
The Voyager TWIN ADVANCED develops a maximum power of 2975 W, but the average consumption is around 1500 W: less than a traditional home oven or even a hairdryer!
With an average cost of €0.30/kWh, a 90-minute session will cost you just €1.33 in electricity: enough to bake about 15 pizzas (estimate based on non-professional use, the number may vary)

The Voyager TWIN oven is equipped with a heating element positioned on the top and one on the base. The two heating elements are controlled by two separate thermostats, allowing the user to select two different temperatures depending on the type of product to be baked. Its compact size, convenient controls located at the top, and construction materials make it a highly efficient and reliable product, suitable both for those who want to enjoy baking at home and for professional use.
