By placing an order on the www.macteovens.com online shop, the customer declares that he/she has read all the information provided to him/her during the purchase process, and that he/she accepts in full the general terms and conditions and payment conditions set out below.
Acceptance of the order on our part occurs with the sending of an e-mail in which we inform you that we have received the order; at this point, a contract will be stipulated between Macte Ovens and you as the purchaser.
Your order number
Your order will be assigned a number, which we will communicate to you upon acceptance. Whenever you contact us regarding an order, providing us with the respective order number will facilitate our work.

The product images on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although every effort has been made to reproduce the images accurately, we cannot guarantee that the images you see on the screen of a particular device accurately reflect the colour of the products.

We may modify the product to comply with changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements and to implement minor technical adjustments and improvements, as we are constantly striving to improve our products. These changes will not affect the user’s use of the product.
Delivery of products
You can always rescind the contract. The buyer’s rights to rescind the contract depend on the goods purchased, the presence of any defects or faults, our fulfilment of contractual obligations, and when he decides to rescind the contract:
- In case of reconsideration. If the withdrawal period has not expired, you may be able to get a refund, but you may incur deductions and you will have to pay the costs of returning the product(s).
How long do I have to change my mind? You have 14 days from the day after the product is delivered (to you or to a person indicated by you) or until you start using the product, whichever is earlier. Once you have used the product, you can no longer exercise your right of withdrawal. If the protective films are removed, the product is considered used. Each purchase/order is considered a pre-order and cannot be cancelled before delivery, but the right of withdrawal can be exercised after delivery.
Withholding of refunds if you exercise your right of withdrawal. We may refund an amount less than the price paid (excluding delivery costs) to reflect any reduction in the value of the products if this is caused by handling the products in a way that would not have been permitted in person.
Timing of the refund. Any refund due will be made as soon as possible. If you have exercised your right of withdrawal, the refund will be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product returned to us.

We put all our efforts into ensuring the highest quality and efficiency of our products, but should technical problems occur, we will be at your disposal to solve the problem promptly, thanks to our team of experts who will be at your disposal and the network of authorised repairers.
Each case is individually assessed according to the type of problem.
Our research and development team continuously improves our products, and we only use high-quality, professional grade materials. We have only 0.7 % of cases with problems and none of them serious and/or irreversible. Our ovens are always repairable easily and quickly.
You will not need to send the product back to us.
Products such as: Refractory stones, light bulbs or components subject to wear and tear due to use. Should the customer wish to have the product repaired directly by the company, or should this necessity arise, the transport costs for repairs under warranty shall be borne by the purchaser, who shall arrange for the defective goods to be brought to the seller’s premises by its own means.
Conditions of Return
The right of withdrawal guarantees the customer the possibility to return the product; to do so, simply notify us within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Returned items must be in like-new condition, unused and complete with all accessories and packaging.
Transport costs for the return due to the right of withdrawal shall be borne by the purchaser, who shall send the goods to the seller by its own means.
Packaging shall be done in such a way as to ensure that the goods are not damaged during the return. Parts that show signs of wear and tear and/or removal of the small protective film shall be deducted from the amount to be returned. Return costs are the responsibility of the purchaser as well as the liability for any damage during transport of the return.
IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION
We kindly ask our customers to check upon delivery of the goods by the forwarding agent that:
1) the box and packaging is intact, not damaged, not wet or opened and/or broken.
2) the number of boxes ( Packages) being delivered are as indicated on the Courier’s delivery note.
Otherwise, it is essential to accept the delivery with a SPECIFIC RESERVE
HERE ARE SOME STEPS TO FOLLOW
– Signing with SPECIFIC RESERVATION, the mere words ”signature with reservation” are not valid. Any defects, even the smallest, must always be specified. Keep a copy of the delivery document with specific reservation. The document must also be signed by the courier.
– Examples of signature with specific reservation
Missing pallet, damaged pallet, broken box, open box, dented box, scratched box, package not transported in position as indicated on the box, box not secured on the pallet with straps.
In the absence of this wording, no objection can be made to the quantity and quality of what has been received.
Some drivers may be unwilling to let you sign with reservation, but you still have the right to do so.
If the courier is reticent and does not tell you where to sign to activate the reservation, ask politely but firmly, and if he does not give in, you are better off not signing.
In this case, the parcel is returned to the destination branch.
At that point you can contact our customer service to explain what happened and ask how to resolve the situation.
Please note that acceptance with a specific reservation can also be made if the courier has a PDA/electronic tablet.
In the event of damage, contact the company by email assistenza@macteovens.com within three days, enclosing a copy of the signed document and photo/video material proving the damage. It is also always compulsory to certify with photos and/or videos the package received before opening to verify the correct delivery and its integrity, otherwise assistance and reimbursement practices cannot be considered.
The company is exempt from damages on parcels held in stock for more than 10 days due to non-collection by the customer
